Rodney took us through the many steps flawlessly even when the USAA paperwork for our totaled old car and the loan piece was a little complicated for us. We are not new car people, but dealing with Fred Anderson and especially Rodney made it wonderful! More

Typically one can expect to spend countless hours for seemingly no reason. This was the opposite. It was easy to communicate exactly what I was seeking and upon my arrival all of the paperwork had been previously drawn up and we were done signing all required documents in about 30 minutes. I had the opportunity to work with two salespersons (Kelly and Christen) and they worked seamlessly as a team. As a result, there was always someone available when I called with a question. These employees were knowledgeable and eager to meet my needs rather than trying to meet satisfy their own interests. I also have to mention Rodney as well. I payed a test drive visit and he went out of his way to ensure my spouse had an opportunity to test drive the car. He did this with the knowledge that I was already working with other sales reps but as a good salesperson, he understood customer satisfaction. More

Very pleased with our salesperson Rodney and Eddie the finance manager. As salesmen, they were very personable and accommodating!
