The sales rep introduced himself and gave a great first impression of Fred Anderson Toyota. I wasn't sure what car or SUV I wanted to purchase but just really wanted to look at options. He asked me a few questions to get an understanding of what I wanted and also gave me options that I really didn't think of. He answered all of my questions with each car/SUV I looked at, so I was impressed by the fact that he knew what he was selling. Some sales reps do not take the time to know what they are selling, therefore, will try to sell you anything, but I was impressed by the knowledge that the sales rep had of each of the cars.
