This is not about quality of work or friendliness of staff but stupid scheduling. When I had an oil change and noticed some dripping I returned to have it checked and they looked and could see a drip o staff but stupid scheduling. When I had an oil change and noticed some dripping I returned to have it checked and they looked and could see a drip on the oil cooler tube so a appointment was made to better evaluate and I was asked to plan on leaving a couple of days as they may need to order a part- no problem. Appointment was for 8 am on Wednesday and I took vehicle Tuesday afternoon to insure it was there early - Thursday afternoon I called and car had not yet been looked at but was next in line - called about noon Friday and still not looked at and told there were 3 vehicles ahead of it -asked to speak to whoever was in charge and they agreed to pull it in and take a look. Based on their review it appears to be just some spilled oil which they cleaned and they did add some dye in oil if it is not just a spill. Now I am ok with delays for parts but to establish an appointment and not have the vehicle looked at for two and a half days is ridiculous .i am new to the area have purchased a new vehicle here and had had several oil changes and like the setup and people -but guys don’t make appointments you can’t reasonably execute More

The only issue is that we were told they had our parts for 2 weeks before they were able to make the repair. They had the vehicle for over 4 weeks total, and it only had 200miles on it. We would have ra for 2 weeks before they were able to make the repair. They had the vehicle for over 4 weeks total, and it only had 200miles on it. We would have rather had the car we just leased rather than the base rental we ended up with... We only got updates when we called. Didn't get too many updates as we just waited and wondered. More
