I signed a contract for a pre-owned Tiguan on July 5, and as of July 17, I still haven’t received the vehicle. Communication has been extremely poor, I followed up multiple times, I ended up paying daily for as of July 17, I still haven’t received the vehicle. Communication has been extremely poor, I followed up multiple times, I ended up paying daily for Uber. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing car buying experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this dealership. More
