My only issue came with the wait time to see the financial department (over an hour) and the fact they tried to tack on an additional $699 fee that I had to fight to get removed, constantly being told the price I signed on the paperwork wasn't the final price. Had I not been attentive to the paperwork, I would have signed it and been out the money. Where Rodrigo surpassed all expectations as a salesman, the finance department was severely lacking and honestly a bit condescending. Mark should work on his customer interaction. More
