Kenny dropped the ball when he took time off. My truck was there for two days without a call from dealer. I had to call to check the status. Was told my coolant sensor was out and a new tank with My truck was there for two days without a call from dealer. I had to call to check the status. Was told my coolant sensor was out and a new tank with sensor was needed. Given a cost of $599. I told the guy I had a warranty. They got it approved by warranty and repair made. Rico was great and took care of me after the ball was dropped by Kenny. More
