Lisa was a rude service manager who took my concerns regarding pricing personally, not a thick skinned individual whatsoever. Was visibly upset and worst of all looked at her watch while in the middle regarding pricing personally, not a thick skinned individual whatsoever. Was visibly upset and worst of all looked at her watch while in the middle of our conversation telling my wife and I non-verbally she was done with us. Very unprofessional to say the least. She cost the company money that day as I was leaving after her behavior. The only way the deal went through was the sales department adjusted (ate) the service costs. More
