This is a luxury car brand and I’ve been getting the runaround for a week. I would not recommend going to Audi Tampa. They haven’t even offered me a loaner, I’ve been taking Ubers all over town for a week More

Roger Balan, GM at Audi of Tampa, handled a serious safety concern in an unacceptable way. The morning I was scheduled to pick up a vehicle I had left for detailing, Progressive flagged an open safety safety concern in an unacceptable way. The morning I was scheduled to pick up a vehicle I had left for detailing, Progressive flagged an open safety recall when I added the VIN to my insurance. I confirmed it on BMW USA’s official VIN recall page: engine starter recall, Remedy not available, issued Sep. 23, 2025 (campaign 25V-636), with safety-risk language including potential thermal event/fire even when parked. When I called to discuss options, the GM denied there was a recall and offered no helpful solutions or written confirmation. I had already paid $4,000 down, and after delays the refund was pushed to a check by mail. This was not the level of professionalism expected from a luxury-branded dealership. More
