There are many options out there f Roger Butler and Joe Smith have been the keys to keeping us coming back to the dealership and staying brand loyal. There are many options out there for vehicles, but it is the customer touch and interaction that makes the difference for us. These gentlemen know what a customer means to a dealership, they know how to treat them, and how to keep them coming back. In fact, the culture that they have established at Russ Hubler is apparent in all of the members of the sales team, and all the way through the service department and body shop. Both Joe and Roger have time and time again bent over backwards to make things work for us and have stayed loyal to us as customers. We will never go anywhere else for our vehicle needs as long as the chemistry and customer focus stays the way it is today at Russ Hubler! Great work Joe and Roger, you make the difference and the Hubler name is better because of you both! More
