We came to this dealership after going to a couple of other ones in search of a RAV4 Hybrid XLE. We thought that we had a pretty good deal on the table, but then when we went in to go buy it , they start other ones in search of a RAV4 Hybrid XLE. We thought that we had a pretty good deal on the table, but then when we went in to go buy it , they started playing games with us. We looked online and saw that this dealership had inventory, and so we made our way here. Not only did we get a better deal than the other locations, but we were also treated respectfully as clients. Roger made the process smooth, simple, and easy. You could tell he liked working for this dealership, and that enjoyment of his workplace translated into his treatment with his customers. We felt comfortable throughout the process, and we were constantly surprised with how much better our experience was as compared to the previous dealers.W E WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE . More

Roger took the time to explain thoroughly the process and we test drove the car so we could get a feel of the car. Roger even drive the SUV so we could see the different features of the car. Roger had a gentleman to show us how everything worked in the SUV before we left with the SUV. We are not sure what his name was but he was wonderful. My husband and I love Toyota vehicles and we will back to see Roger when it’s time to purchase another vehicle. We do not want to forget about the manager Brian as he was great to work with because we were going to leave due to price but Brian was able to work the price out so it could be a win win for us and Toyota. More
