At no point did I feel pressured or uncomfortable like I was tryi from Ofallon Buick. The entire process was very smooth, relatively quick, and easy. The car even had a damaged interior trim piece, they ordered the part before we even began negations and gave us a “due bill” before we signed any paperwork. All in all everyone was professional and courteous, personally not interested in Buick or GMC vehicles but if they have a car on their lot I want I would go back. More
