Worst car buying experience ever! Purchased a new 2025 GMC Sierra from them in July. Radio shorted out immediately. Brogden said it needed a software update...not problem. After being in the shop 4 times for the same issue, I was told there was nothing they could do and that I had to live with it. Filed a claim with GM. They opened a case file and submitted for repurchase. After 2+ weeks I called them as they apparently don't believe in updating their customers. I was told the case was denied. When I asked for a reason they said they don't provide reasons. Asked for a supervisor and was told that wouldn't help. Asked for my next steps and was told there are none. So according to GM and Robert Brogden the warranty I have on a brand new truck is worthless and I'm expected to be okay with a new truck with no working audio system. Hiring an attorney... More

Roger was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered. He knew the car backwards and forwards, inside and out. Very happy with our Sales experience. The only reason I'm not leaving 5 stars is because of a past negative experience with Service. Immediately after an oil change, my Buick leaked out a bunch of oil all over the place and had to be brought back in to fix their mistake. Definitely won't be bringing my new car back to them for Service. Also, be aware, they apply an acrylic coat over the paint on new vehicles. This is part of a warranty/"protection package" they force you to buy if you want the car ($2,000 on my Envision). I wouldn't have wanted the warranty and an acrylic coating isn't worth $2,000 to me, but I wanted the car so I they got an extra $2,000 out of me. More
