However, we don’t always receive a second key when vehicles are traded in. In order to keep our pricing competitive and transparent, we generally do not include the cost of an additional key. That said, we recognize that this should have been communicated more clearly before the sale was finalized, and we apologize for any misunderstanding or frustration it caused.
