Very quick and efficient service; friendly staff The dealership runs very efficiently and the staff was very professional. I am not sure I got the best deal financially - I traded in a 2016 CX-5 with 16,000 miles - trade in value is 15,000-17,000 blue book. (Salesman said it was 14,000 trade in, but that is with 50,000 miles.) The pay off was $16,000 on it, so I believe they could have found some equity in there somewhere. I know that Mazda will sell it for $21,000. So, like with any dealership, do your homework and come prepared to haggle - 2 things I did not do, and I think I paid for it. More
