"Nice employees but prices are not competitive"
All prices at Advantage Honda that are now quoted are about 35% above market value. They should rename the dealership Disadvantage Honda. Instead of providing you with somewhat fair prices they try to empty out your pocket as much as they can. The dealership was very good a few years ago (2015) but they now don't seem to value returning clients as much as they should. The back office feeds highly overpriced quotes to the salesmen (and the salesmen feed that information to you) that way you think you're getting a great deal when they lower the price. The sales people are very nice but the back office makes them look unqualified by feeding clients overpriced quotes.
"Buying experience "
I appreciate tha time my salesperson Roman took to finalize my lease on new pilot truck. No stress at all or any pressure. I can’t thank them enuff frm service to management. I’m really happy with decision I made on advantage Honda. Highly recommended to anyone.
"Horrible Communications and Disclosures"
- TN John
The dealership doesn't seem to be interested in doing business with anyone outside a showroom. Saw a vehicle really liked on-line on website and filled out contact as well as and emailed several times afterwards trying to get more information and for them to give me what the best Out-The-Door Price -- AKA what would I need to bring CASH to purchase vehicle. No one bothered to get back to numerous emails as well as call me back like said they would after being told would put price together and call me back shortly on things... Guess they are not interested in doing any CASH deals, only if can get some finance buyer in house for vehicles. Will find some other dealer out there with the vehicle am looking for that wants my $22K...
Finally got a call late today, says vehicle I was interested has damage/defects (why is this not disclosed in the descriptions or they repair them) and he wants to email photos (even though supposedly the Carfax is "clean") and that the $20,800 web site price saw on it last evening (now showing $21,814) would be like $28,000 if was not financing the vehicle. So not financing a vehicle adds $7000 to the price. Crooks. My CASH will run away.
And also why would anyone you look to pay $28K for a 2014 vehicle that they now are saying "has defects" when can find newer 2015 versions of this vehicle out there elsewhere in the $25K range out there... Truly never encountered any dealership like this in my life ... Steer clear of Advantage Honda !
Experience here was great! The salesman Roman was great! He was very helpful and made our purchase very nice and smooth. I can honestly say we have no complaints!
"Sales are good. Finance is not professional."
The sale person is professional and nice. He provided a lot of good suggestions. He spent more than 1 hour to go over the features and settings with me. Although the price is not the best, I would say that is a quick and good deal. I don't like to spend a few days to shop around and may save a few hundred dollars, just may.
The finance department is not as good as sales. They first got my bill wrong. Then they try to sale me the extended coverage (i.e. extra year warrantees). Two things I don't believe what they said. one is the electronic parts have only 6-month warrantees by Honda, if it breaks, it will cost you $10K or more. The other one is the refund of cost. I was told if I don't submit any claims, I can get what I paid them for the coverage, even after years. I think that is a good deal, but I didn't see it in the paper.
"everything was good"
Sales department, finance department, operation manager, every one was very friendly.
I had test drive of my car. It was my first time of having test drive.
I had few cars in few different dealers but I never had any test drive but I had test drive in Advantage.
"A pleasure to do business with "
