When we first arrived on the lot, no pressure salesperson approached so we were able to look around without pressure. Once we had our car in mind we met Ramon. The negotiation process was a little tedious but in the end the Ramon and Ron were great. Brad in finance did a great job also with other options that were available to us. After closing the deal, Ramon gave us a complete and thorough explanation on all the features in our Enclave. Very happy with our purchase and with Ramon, Ron and Brad. More
