That is why we have never used the Honda dealer on 96th Street, which is located far more conveniently to us, for any of our purchases or repair needs. And even when our son receives a discount coupon for an oil/filter change, for example, he refuses to acknowledge it and will only go to you for service. You have a loyal customer for life!❤️ More
