Went in to the dealership to scope out cars on a Friday evening. I told the salesman helping me (was either Dwayne or Derrick I can’t remember) what I was looking for but I would need my fiancé to come bac evening. I told the salesman helping me (was either Dwayne or Derrick I can’t remember) what I was looking for but I would need my fiancé to come back the following day before finalizing the sale. He made the process smooth and effortless, despite one of his colleagues appraising my trade in making some snide remarks. They were able to call me later on the evening to provide an update on my out the door price which was what I had asked for. I went back the following day with my fiancé so she could take a drive and we were able to finalize everything with no issues. This was one of the smoothest transactions both of us have had at a dealership. Would definitely recommend and return again when I am in the market. More
