A Great Experience!! We had an amazing experience. Miles was very thorough with the entire purchasing process. He made sure we were aware of all our options, as well as We had an amazing experience. Miles was very thorough with the entire purchasing process. He made sure we were aware of all our options, as well as asked what we expected/needed and addressed each subject in comparison to vehicle's features. He was very informative and trustworthy. Rob really helped to explain our financing options and was very honest. Both Miles and Rob helped to cement our decision in purchasing a Toyota and made the experience painless and enjoyable. Great Staff First off, Ron was one of the best sales reps I have ever worked with. My wife and I changed our minds several times on what we were looking for and Ron was nothing but accommodating and patient. He really took the time to go above and beyond and make sure we were happy with our new purchase. The whole experience was nothing less than spectacular. At our one month checkup we had the pleasure of meeting Mike Smith and we knew right away the service department at Casey is somewhere we will return in the future. Mike took the time to introduce himself and really made us feel like our satisfaction was his and Casey's top priority. More

After speaking to other friends that have purchased extended service plans from Toyota, I was informed that they paid far less than what I was quoted. Doesn't give us a very positive feeling about customer service. More
