He really took the time to go above and beyond and make sure we were happy with our new purchase. The whole experience was nothing less than spectacular. At our one month checkup we had the pleasure of meeting Mike Smith and we knew right away the service department at Casey is somewhere we will return in the future. Mike took the time to introduce himself and really made us feel like our satisfaction was his and Casey's top priority. More

After speaking to other friends that have purchased extended service plans from Toyota, I was informed that they paid far less than what I was quoted. Doesn't give us a very positive feeling about customer service. More
