My experience it takes over an hour when I bring my car in for an oil change. The paper work I get after the oil change always states they rotated my tires and the it takes over an hour when I bring my car in for an oil change. The paper work I get after the oil change always states they rotated my tires and they don't. I've called them out on it and they insist they did. Yet no one noticed the nail in my rear passenger tire when I brought it in and was still in same tire when I picked it up. More
