Five stars for the sales person RON SINGULURI. I contacted 5 Star Subaru a month and half ago in search of a 2022 crosstrek and spoke to RON SINGULURI on the phone; just briefly telling him what I contacted 5 Star Subaru a month and half ago in search of a 2022 crosstrek and spoke to RON SINGULURI on the phone; just briefly telling him what I wanted and my budget range. From then, RON had kept in constant touch with me to let me know about the incoming vehicles and timeline. Last wednesday, he contacted me about a crosstrek that is readily available and checked if I could come in to take a look at the car. I Went in immediately, took a look at the car, liked it Immediately and reserved the car. The whole process was very smooth, as I have had some rough and long experiences at other dealerships in DFW. After I sorted out the finances, I went in on Saturday to finish the paper work and pick up my car. RON kept updating me about the status of the car (it had to get the tint and door gaurds done. Seriously the best car buying experience, I have had. I HIGHLY recommend 5 Star Subaru to any and everyone. More

Very comfortable. Ron was wonderful and made a difficult experience easier. We are new to Texas, so it was important to us that we were shown good hospitality and care. Our one and only recommendation might experience easier. We are new to Texas, so it was important to us that we were shown good hospitality and care. Our one and only recommendation might be this: at one point in our dealings with Ron (salesman), his manager came over and told Ron to hurry it up and wrap things up. In a decision this big with the anxiety that accompanies a significant purchase, that part was a bit of a turnoff for us, and it almost negated the personal connection that we felt with Ron.
