Ron was a little cold in the beginning, but once he realized that I was serious about purchasing a vehicle he warmed up. I believe that he was mostly honest, but didn't follow through on getting me som realized that I was serious about purchasing a vehicle he warmed up. I believe that he was mostly honest, but didn't follow through on getting me some paperwork that I asked for. On a personal level he was very pleasant. Ron gets a 4/5. Jason was a different story. He seemed very nice in the beginning, but as the process went on I was able to catch numerous mistakes on the paperwork that needed to be corrected. If I hadn't found the mistakes I would've paid several thousands of dollars more than what was told to me. He handed me a USB drive that supposedly had my paperwork on it. The USB drive was blank. I contacted him and he emailed me the paperwork. The Fidelity warranty that I purchased was incorrect. It took me contacting him several times, getting my attorney and financial advisor involved, calling the Fidelity company, and eventually requiring Jason to have the vendor change the contract to what I was promised before I was done. That was a week of extra work before it was taken care of. I'm still waiting for the credit union to send me their paperwork so that I can make sure it is correct. I'm not confident that it is.
