waited for over an hour for finance guy, salesman didn't know anything except needing to sell me a ridiculous "theft" insurance policy. They were all very professional and treated my wife and me with kid gloves. I bought a used vehicle from them that they took in on trade. When we went to tets drive it there was an issue with the battery. me with kid gloves. I bought a used vehicle from them that they took in on trade. When we went to tets drive it there was an issue with the battery. They tested the charging system, checked for a possible short in the electrical system, and the capacity of the battery. They determined the battery was the issue and replaced it with a GM factory spec battery. I am a Quality Engineer with a background in conducting ISO audits and have an extensive background in automotive related issues. The fact that they impressed me says a lot. More

I bought a Sienna from Corwin and was very pleased with the way the staff responded to my requests and needs.
