He is very friendly and a great guy to do business with. He made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Ron also made my first trade in experience quick and easy. Well come to think of it my whole car buying experience with Ron was quick and easy. We actually couldn't find the Jeep Wrangler I was looking for so he said I could actually order one exactly how I want it straight from the factory for the same price as one on the lot. I told him all the goodies I wanted on it and 5 weeks later my custom Jeep was ready for pick up at the dealership. I will be keeping my Jeep until it wears out but if I have to buy another vehicle I'm going to Spitzer's and asking for Ron Stephan. More

Refreshingly pleasant. I was very pleasantly surprised at my first few minutes on the lot. I was greeted by Ron. He had a most pleasant demeanor, very helpful, not at all pu I was very pleasantly surprised at my first few minutes on the lot. I was greeted by Ron. He had a most pleasant demeanor, very helpful, not at all pushy. I really felt he was about my having a good experience. I did not buy anything that day but kept in touch with Ron. Upon returning to the dealership to purchase a vehicle, I asked for Ron's assistance but he was tied up. They did however let him know I was there. After about a half hour wait and many people asking if I needed help, Ron let Pam know he was going to be tied up a while and that she could help me. Pam also had a very pleasant personality and was very helpful. Once I decided on a vehicle, she helped me with all the prep work. The finance person was very courteous and helpful also. Overall, I felt like a person and not a number. I felt they not only respected me, but all of their customers, as I observed how they treated all of their prospective customers. It was refreshing!
