Then, Ron Steph I saw these three words used in the Spitzer Kia advertising: Honest, Straightforward, and Upfront and thought that they sounded great. Then, Ron Stephan, my Sales Associate, showed me what they meant. I have been to three Kia dealerships in recent days and was impressed by the service in all of them. However, Ron went above and beyond. After doing my research online, I thought I might be able to cobble together a deal for a new hybrid Niro. If I extended the payments, pushed for a good trade allowance, and limited the options on the vehicle, I could get a good car at a reasonable price. Ron did even better. He showed me all the options and explained me what was and was not available in the LX model. There was no pressure, Ron listened to me to help find the best vehicle for my budget. He showed me the Kelly Blue Book price for my vehicle and explained why I was being offered the amount on the offer sheet. It was more than fair and, truthfully, a little more than I expected. Everyone at the Dealership I encountered was most helpful: the Finance Officer who expedited my paperwork and the service personnel who washed and filled the gas tank of my new Kia. Ron even helped me transfer the contents of my trade to my new car, my new Kia Niro. This was an excellent car buying experience directed by Ron Stephan. I will certainly recommend him and Kia Spitzer to anyone I met who is looking for an Honest, Straightforward, and Upfront car-buying experience. Thanks again Ron. More

Purchase of used car. When my husband and I pulled onto the lot Ron was right out the door to greet us. We thought he might have recognized us from church but he had not s When my husband and I pulled onto the lot Ron was right out the door to greet us. We thought he might have recognized us from church but he had not so this was his normal initial greeting to a customer. Years ago I worked with his wife, Jen, and our oldest son is a good friend of Ron's. He was already our first choice in car sales personnel. We were looking into leasing because buying a new car was out of the picture, cost wise. We made no decision at that time. Later in the day Ron called saying he had a 2014 Ford Escape that had come in the previous day. He suggested we might want to look at it. We went back out to check on it. Ron was very patient showing the car particulars, etc. He also worked with us on the financing details. He promised and made sure the car was "put in order" before the final sale on Weds. 9-5. He even programed in my cell phone. Great! I would highly recommend Ron Stephan as a Spitzer employee. He is an asset to the company. More
