Purchased my Lotus in 2024. It has had many problems. The service department is unable to fix the issues, clearly does not care, and always claims that they do not have a Lotus It has had many problems. The service department is unable to fix the issues, clearly does not care, and always claims that they do not have a Lotus expert on hand but must call Denver or England to "consult" with an expert. Problems include: Starting button does not work. Engine warning light is always on; "telematrics" warning is always on; the car cannot keep its settings and everything resets when you turn the car off, including music settings; the USB drive does not work. And more. The dealer does not care at all, does not followup. When I drive 150 miles for services they often keep the car for two or more weeks only to state that Lotus cannot fix the problem. They tell many lies and inconsistent stories about each issue (--"it is just a matter of updating the computer software"....."sorry, but settings cannot be fixed because that is just the way Lotus cars work"...etc...I deeply regret buying from this dealer. More
