I am here for you. I have been with General Motors since 1996. I drive from Port Jefferson to work at Arnold Chevrolet Buick in West Babylon so I can work at an honest dealership. I pass a lot of GM stores on my way in to Arnold every day and could work at any one of them; I am very grateful to work at a store that requires honesty. Arnold Chevrolet is on best dealerships I have ever been to. This is my 3rd Chevy Equinox from this dealership. The main reason is I have been dealing with Ron Wood in Leasing all three of my vehicles. Ron to. This is my 3rd Chevy Equinox from this dealership. The main reason is I have been dealing with Ron Wood in Leasing all three of my vehicles. Ron Wood is not only knowable about the cars he sales & Leases. Ron is pleasant & relaxing to lease from, no hard sales pitch. He’s always very professional & courteous. Ron always works within my budget and when I sign the lease contract the down payment and the monthly payment are exactly as he said it would be. There were no hidden fees or charges. I will definitely be back to lease my next car from Ron. More

Ron Wood and Arnold Chevrolet are the best you could ever ask for. I have worked for multiple dealerships and banks in the past, and had such a great time dealing with Ron it felt like it wasn’t real life. T ask for. Yes I was offered an extended warranty, but at no time did I feel pressured into buying anything or have to, just sat at Ron’s desk for maybe an hour tops before we were in our new lease returned preowned that was a steal compared to the jd power estimate! Arnold Chevrolet of West Babylon is an absolute pleasure to deal with. My salesman, Ron Wood is such a great guy. His honesty and integrity made me feel completely at ease. Between myself and my parents, this is actually the 5th vehicle that my family has leased from Ron Wood at Arnold Chevrolet. On the day of my delivery, Ron Wood was unfortunately home, sick in bed and telephoned me to let me know that another salesman, Eric Hartman, would be handling my delivery. I must say that Eric is absolutely wonderful! He spent more than an hour with me in my new Traverse, showing me all the new features, making sure that I understood how to operate the very complicated dashboard screen. Before I left the dealership, Eric told me that I could call him with any questions. It just seems that the guys at Arnold are willing to go "above and beyond" to make their customers feel valuable. Certainly, I will return to this amazing dealership when my lease ends in 2028! More

Break lights were out. I replaced bulbs and still were out. I explained that I was positive it was just worn out fuse. Had you pay $200 for the diagnostic check.
