I am here for you. I have been with General Motors since 1996. I drive from Port Jefferson to work at Arnold Chevrolet Buick in West Babylon so I can work at an honest dealership. I pass a lot of GM stores on my way in to Arnold every day and could work at any one of them; I am very grateful to work at a store that requires honesty. Ron Wood was professional, knowledgeable and patient with my entire family just dropping in to look around the lot at like 6:30 at night, helping us pick out the right vehicle, even though we said we were ju my entire family just dropping in to look around the lot at like 6:30 at night, helping us pick out the right vehicle, even though we said we were just "window shopping". He was very patient even letting us have access to several vehicles of the type we were interested in. I even went home to check online prices & inventory, called the next day to check to make sure the car I wanted was actually still available & Ron confirmed & made it happen. We went for a test drive, all of us took a turn. Ron explained the entire buying process clearly and precisely, step by step all transparently & honestly. I had purchased a preowned Tahoe about 5 yrs ago from Arnold, and the dealership is still run like a fine-tuned instrument with all salespeople accommodating and friendly, no pressure atmosphere. When my daughter is ready for a newer car we will definitely come back to Arnold! I highly recommend Ron Wood and Arnold Chevrolet over any other dealership. More
