Easy, convenient and fast I have never leased a car before. Ron did a great job explaining the lease process to me and did all the work to find my perfect car. I changed my min I have never leased a car before. Ron did a great job explaining the lease process to me and did all the work to find my perfect car. I changed my mind a couple times on whether or not I was going to get the car and he stayed patient and friendly with me the whole time. Even with the delays I created due to changing my mind, the entire process took less then a week. And during that time I was able to go about my normal business while he did all of the work. When he delivered the car to my house he was professional and knowledble. I have nothing but fantastic things to say about D&M and Ron specifically. Will be a customer for years to come I’m sure. Peace of Mind Ronald is the most caring person, I have met that doesn't necessarily want you to buy/lease a car but want you to be knowledgeable about the same. He Ronald is the most caring person, I have met that doesn't necessarily want you to buy/lease a car but want you to be knowledgeable about the same. He took my husband and I through the process of buying a car although we initially wanted to lease...Ronald walked us through the process,we had a trade in ,he took care of settling the balance, diligently even calling us after hours and in 5 days we had the car delivered to our house.I would recommend anyone who doesn't like the long ,confusing process of buying a car to contact him...He knows what he is doing.Thank you. Crazy work schedule - Easy and FUN Purchase! Ron had a hard time getting in touch with us in the beginning due to our hectic work schedules. However, he balanced HIS schedule to connect with us Ron had a hard time getting in touch with us in the beginning due to our hectic work schedules. However, he balanced HIS schedule to connect with us during our later 'downtime' to discuss - along with email updates. Once we were in sync, he worked effortlessly and provided ease of mind (we were skeptics about the 'no stress' experience that we've heard boasted about on Russ Martin forever). So, of course, we still stressed - and THEN - he exceeded our expectations by finding a purchase plan with outstanding perks. As well as, a vehicle superior to what we had planned for. Meeting him was such a pleasure and we signed the papers on our coffee table! (It took my husband a good 2 weeks to comprehend that this was done in less than a week - and no time off of work). We look forward to our daughter working with him soon - and also helping us purchase our 2nd vehicle. We definitely adore our Sales Rep and the Team that helped him iron out any kinks to make our purchase so calming and fun. Keep up the great work! More
