After being with the same dealership for over 30 years, I was nervous about finding a new one I could trust. When my old dealer closed, I took a chance on Fitzgerald Nissan—and I’m so glad I did. Chance w was nervous about finding a new one I could trust. When my old dealer closed, I took a chance on Fitzgerald Nissan—and I’m so glad I did. Chance was outstanding. I came in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted, but he surprised me with a great suggestion that completely won me over. I absolutely love my new Nissan Rogue! He was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and worked quickly without ever rushing me. Even though he was heading out on vacation, he offered to help if I had any questions about my new Rogue—now that’s customer service! Thanks to Chance and the Fitzgerald team, I’ve found my new hometown dealership. Highly recommend! More
