Excellent price,great salesman I think overall it was a good experience,only because Richard and Jason were very helpful and made the experience fine.The general feeling of the deal I think overall it was a good experience,only because Richard and Jason were very helpful and made the experience fine.The general feeling of the dealership was not fantastic.The price of the car was excellent,but there was no negotiating to speak of.They thanked me when I left but didn’t even stand up to do that.Richard was excellent he did everything he could including delivering the car to my house and bringing the key they lost to my house three days later.The overall feeling from the Dealership other than Richard and Jason was they were not interested in me at all only the final check.Richard was the one who cared and treated me as if I were spending my money and he appreciated it the floor manager left me cold,like he expected me to spend my money,if it were just he and I no deal would have taken place!!!!!?The first time I walked in he sat there at his computer and did not even greet me.Other than those I mentioned who were fantastic customer service stunk,one hot shot guy even came in the room with Richard and I to talk about my final check and never even looked at me or spoke to me,talk about low end, More

Excellent experience. My first visit I have a friend that suggested a Volvo. My last car I purchased was 10 years ago. I went to dealership for a used car and left with a 2017 XC60.
