She was never pushy and always kept a smile on her face, despite me asking to see about 5 different cars. Gilbert in finance was also great and explained things in a way that made sense, and not intimidating like previous dealer finance managers I’ve dealt with. Overall, I’ll be recommending them and can’t wait to be back in a few years to upgrade! More
