I really wanted to do my research and check out a bunch of different delearships before making my decision. This is the FIRST time buying a brand new car so it’s a big deal. I had already visited Tempe Honda last weekend and they were nice but not fighting for my business. Right off the bat Deneen said “what can we do to earn your business?” That meant a lot. Made me feel valued and I smiled. Still determined to just See what is available though. She showed me the car I wanted, explaining in detail about the car (something I did not get at Tempe Honda) and then we took it for a drive. She promised me a good price and again asked what would make me take it home today. I was still hesitant and that’s when Roscoe came over. He was from michigan just like me!!! We hit it off too and he said he will make it happen for me of getting me a lower monthly payment! Worked some numbers and gave me a great deal! My windows are even tinted!! Anyways long story short the professionalism and kindness of this dealership blew me away. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. And Issa in financing helped give me a peace of mind too. Then they kept license plate and reimbursed us for dinner after we complained said it was in the mail all this time they had it and text my son that’s it’s being Fedex lies lies lies after talking to their management.
