He'll go out of his way to make the best deal as long as the buyer is serious about making a deal. As a customer I do my research, ask questions, and present my additional requirements, as well as ask for numbers before allowing the dealer to run my credit. Johnny is a patient, knowledgeable, and a genuine sales associate. Roscoe G. was the manager who approved the great deal I got and he along with Johnny made my purchase well worth the time. Trey Sutherland was the finance guy that was not prepared when I arrived at 9am on 6/16/18. I sat waiting around for him for 45 minutes and when I finally went into his office, he left the office on several occasions some of which were up to 15 minutes at a time. He doesn't listen to the customer and will not stop pushing add-ons until he gets his way. Luckly I got his price down to what I thought was reasonable. The service department and the associates working that department are rude and unfriendly. Although I made an appointment for 4pm, the Service Associate Jose Elias told me I had to be here at 2pm to get the issue with the deck plate looked at. I told him I drove over 200 miles and made a beeline to Johnny. While I was waiting the service manager approaches me and says we'll try to take a look at it. I'm like come on seriously. That department needs better training on how they greet and approach there customers. Ross Erler is the GM and I had to get him involved on some of the issues I was having after my initial visit. He followed through on his part and was very friendly and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Overall the dealership has/is excellent in some areas and needs major improvement in others which is why the overall rattling I gave was three stars. The actual work of the technicians make up for the imperfections of the front end staff in the service department. More

I really wanted to do my research and check out a bunch of different delearships before making my decision. This is the FIRST time buying a brand new car so it’s a big deal. I had already visited Tempe Honda last weekend and they were nice but not fighting for my business. Right off the bat Deneen said “what can we do to earn your business?” That meant a lot. Made me feel valued and I smiled. Still determined to just See what is available though. She showed me the car I wanted, explaining in detail about the car (something I did not get at Tempe Honda) and then we took it for a drive. She promised me a good price and again asked what would make me take it home today. I was still hesitant and that’s when Roscoe came over. He was from michigan just like me!!! We hit it off too and he said he will make it happen for me of getting me a lower monthly payment! Worked some numbers and gave me a great deal! My windows are even tinted!! Anyways long story short the professionalism and kindness of this dealership blew me away. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. And Issa in financing helped give me a peace of mind too. Great place. Do your car shopping here!!! More
