I have driven Toyotas for a long time and so of course I went to look at the new 2021 Toyotas coming in. I found a brand new Toyota Rav4 Ruby Flair Pearl and could not resist it. I’m am disappointed with my experience with the dealership so far. I purchased a vehicle in April 2020, but unfortunately I, like many other people, was furloughed due to COVID 19, and I had to giv dealership so far. I purchased a vehicle in April 2020, but unfortunately I, like many other people, was furloughed due to COVID 19, and I had to give the car back./- xx I came back in the market after returning to work and immediately came back to Jim Ellis Toyota. The first person I tried to contact was Michael Green. I sent emails and made calls and got no meaningful return. I feel that I have been black listed by this dealership. More

A great overall experience I enjoyed this purchase of my new truck. I didn't feel pressured and they actually sold me the truck for what they quoted to me. I didn't have the ex I enjoyed this purchase of my new truck. I didn't feel pressured and they actually sold me the truck for what they quoted to me. I didn't have the experience with another dealership who quoted me one price and when i got there the price magically changed. This is my new home for all of my Toyota purchases in the future.
