Financing Nightmare I, like several other patrons have experienced horrible customer service in relation to the financial aspect of this dealership. Countless calls an I, like several other patrons have experienced horrible customer service in relation to the financial aspect of this dealership. Countless calls and emails to Fred Hubschmitt (Finance), Dan (Finance), s/w Rosie (no assistance) and emailed GM Steve Veerapen. After using my vehicle as a gift trade-in along with a check down payment - my prior loan has yet to be paid off (45 days and counting). To make matters worse Kia has already sold my vehicle and has obviously been compensated for that sale. My credit rating will take a hit if I don’t make a payment on a vehicle I no longer own and that Kia has already sold. Be very cautious prior to buying from this Dealership !! More
