My sales person Ross was absolutely awesome! I had some issues with the dealership though, I ordered a CX30 and was set to pick it up on a Monday. Prior to the date I called twice (both internet I had some issues with the dealership though, I ordered a CX30 and was set to pick it up on a Monday. Prior to the date I called twice (both internet and sales managers) to confirm the car would be ready for pickup... they both stated it would be ready with no issues. When I arrived on Monday I found the car was still sitting in the lot, not prepped for pickup and the accessories I ordered were not installed. So I had to wait "4 hours" at the dealership for them to get the car ready! to make things worse it was dark before they finished the prep and I had to inspect the car in the dark so I missed a few things until the next day. The next morning I realized the dealership had scratched the paint on my liftgate and bumper. I had no recourse with the bumper as the dealership said they inspected it and there was no scratch on the bumper when I left (I couldn't prove anything as I inspected the car in the dark when I left the dealership - (TIP: I should have asked them to pull the car into the service area where there was light). But as they did remove the badging on my liftgate, it was obvious they scratched the paint. My sales person Ross immediately called their dent ad scratch service to help me schedule a repair. That is fine but the dealership shouldn't have scratch my brand new car in the first place! Ross was fantastic as he really took care of me and tried to make up for the fails of the dealership process. I just hope the scratch repair goes well... I'll try to update this review post repair. Unfortunately I was told I have to go to the dealership to get it repaired but feel there should be an exception as it is a mobile service and I live a distance from the dealership....especially since the dealership scratched my paint! More
