He went beyond the sale to get the service we needed to update the car’s software to work with the Volvo app on my phone (shout out to Richard Stevens in service for his diagnosis and quick turnaround), picking up and delivering my car and leaving me a loaner. And he made sure the car paired with my phone and helped me with profiles and setup. Couldn’t have done more!! More
