My salesman, Roy, was beyond awesome. Kia of Attleboro Dealership is lucky to have him helping customers. He spent a good deal of time showing me various vehicles before I decided on the Kia of Attleboro Dealership is lucky to have him helping customers. He spent a good deal of time showing me various vehicles before I decided on the one I wanted. He helped me get all the paperwork ready and explained all the various options. The next day when I returned to get my new vehicle I ran into a snag with my insurance company because their computers were down so I could not add the new vehicle to my policy. After a long time on the phone it became apparent that I could be sitting at the dealership until their (insurance company) systems were up and running. Roy helped me by contacting another insurance company and he was very instrumental to me getting my new Telluride insured so I could take my new car home. He went out of his way to make sure I was covered and this process took a good two hours. After we finally got my car insured he spent a great deal of time showing me where many of the options were on my car before I road out of the dealership. Roy was kind, beyond helpful, and very professional. If you are in Kia of Attleboro, please ask for Roy Silveira. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Roy.
