Roy is great. He explained everything about my new Kia Telluride to me. I love this car! Roy took plenty of time with me to explain everything, because he thought He explained everything about my new Kia Telluride to me. I love this car! Roy took plenty of time with me to explain everything, because he thought it was important that I understood everything. He was right. Some of the new technology, especially the driver’s assist technology, is amazing, but I would have been pretty startled and/or thought something was wrong if Roy had not taken the time to explain the how and why of these systems. Very thoughtful and kind salesman. Recommend. More
