Great buying experience. No xx, no dealer add ons or markups. A majority of the other dealerships in the Houston area try to force you into buying “protection packages” for u No xx, no dealer add ons or markups. A majority of the other dealerships in the Houston area try to force you into buying “protection packages” for upwards of $3K, that won’t happen here. Royce Seay is a good dude and I’ll definitely buy from him and Classic Galveston again in the future. More

The dealership is one of the best in Galveston County. They go over all your options with a great selection. I was promised no fees other than tax and title/registration. Later there was a document handling fee and a vehicle inventory tax; this is tax levied by the state to dealer not the buyer. T title/registration. Later there was a document handling fee and a vehicle inventory tax; this is tax levied by the state to dealer not the buyer. The fees were around $300. Not much . the fact that dealer promised no extra fees, is why I rated them low. Buyer pays sales tax and also dealer taxes as well. I womder if they report that on their taxes and get even more of a break. More

Royce called to check up on me and how I was doing. I asked him if I could trade in my leased Encore GX a year early. He checked and made an appointment for me to see him. He had the Encore appraised w I asked him if I could trade in my leased Encore GX a year early. He checked and made an appointment for me to see him. He had the Encore appraised while I was checking out the Cadillacs. I was ready to move up and he said we could do it. He helped we into a new lease for just a few dollars more per month. I appreciate Royce's help to get me back to a Cadillac. AND, I love it. More

Royce is a lier and a cheat. He said he was one of the owners which he is not. We ordered wheels and tires.
