I remained in active conversation with the dealership, only to receive a blanket message that the vehicle had been sold — no counteroffer, no closure. The listing even remained live afterward, which only added to the sense of being strung along. I’ve worked in sales and customer success for nearly two decades, and this kind of handling isn’t just sloppy — it’s disrespectful.
