First time buying from Porsche of Barrington. Our sales representative Rudy Baum was very nice, up front, and easy to work with. Stuart Nelson, the sales manager was eager to help and answered any questions I had as well. I just admit, I was a bit pushy in the beginning during our transaction but business is business. As a manager, he is very approachable and always there to help. Michael Smalley, the Finance Manager was very helpful and easy to work with. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t up-sale anything I didn’t want or need. Very informative and made my purchase an ease and wonderful experience. Chase Wills, the customer service concierge was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the brand and product. He spent a good amount of time showing me how to operate the techs in the car and how everything functioned. Extremely patient gentleman. The Cayenne I purchased was a little bit overwhelming but Chase made it an easy transition. He even called me a week later to make sure I was all set and if I had any follow up questions. I would highly recommend working with these guys and will refer my family and friends in the future. Overall, Great experience! ————- I had to bring back the Porsche Cayenne I recently purchased for some minor touch up. Thomas Stailey, the Porsche Service Manager was extremely attentive in all of my needs. He took care of every request I had and answered any questions I presented. He gives upfront and fair pricing. Rudy was a pleasure to work with and an over all Great experience I loved the test drive to see the performance of the SUV confirmed everything I was looking for. Brian was also very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Nicole was our final step with getting all the paper work together for us and quickly out the door and driving my new Macan which I love the drive and how it handles in the rain.
