I brought my truck in for service, as I believed the brakes needed replacing. I was told it would be a week before they could even look at it. I left it there because the truck was making a very loud no brakes needed replacing. I was told it would be a week before they could even look at it. I left it there because the truck was making a very loud noise. A week later I received a video from the mechanic showing me how parts were broken off the truck as he was taking them off and diagnosing issues I never brought the truck in for. Later, the very rude service lady Jeannie sends me a $9,000 bill and then tells me she hadn't even called the warranty company yet.. I find it interesting. The dealership wanted to charge me $3,800 for an axle and once they found out it was warranty work. They billed me $500 for the deductible and then TOLD ME SHE WOULD Bill THE BALANCE TO THE WARRANTY company. the warranty company WAS BILLED $2,025 for the actual work!!! I cannot believe this dealership tried to scam me for $1,800! I have no idea why it takes months to get your car fixed here! I was told my parking brake assembly was worn out from wear and tear and that was a $1,300 fix . I just bought the truck from them 7 months ago.. I've never even once used the parking brake and somehow I'm being charged for wear and tear and something I never knew and never knew was a problem. Maybe the dealership should take the time to actually check out these cars. People are turning in before they just accept anything and give it to an unsuspecting consumer! $7,000 warranty that covers only the axle??? You can Google parking brake assemblies and see that that is clearly warranty work. This is absolutely ridiculous and especially since the dealership was quick to tell the warranty company this was all wear and tear... More
