I had incredibly detailed questions that (at times) I was even getting tired of asking. The way he genuinely cared about each topic felt not only like he truly cared, but it kept my car buying experience from feeling extensive & tiring (which it oftentimes has been in the past). The rest of the staff seemed to get along, they seemed like they were enjoying their day and each other. Overall I was more than impressed.
