They answered any questions I had they even brought my car back to work for me and drop the keys off as I was unavailable. They do offer to take you back to your destination as well, which is amazing so g car back to work for me and drop the keys off as I was unavailable. Sale was good but service No good first time came in for first oil change and had and still have an interior door panel broken or something from day one also truck has been trying to do a download since jus first oil change and had and still have an interior door panel broken or something from day one also truck has been trying to do a download since just after taking delivery and still is after 2 visits to the service department first they said they didn't have time second visit they changed their mind and told me it's impossible to do that I must wait for it to do it itself I know this is not true ! On the first visit they said they would call me about the messed up door panel still waiting almost a year later. Asked about it on the second visit and they never gave me an answer apparently they don't care after the sale is made! Second visit truck was not starting no power didn't offer a tow when I called said they could see me if I got the truck in tomorrow charged the batteries for 10 hours on automatic charging and never reached full but it started I brought it in they said both batteries were bad sent me on my way saying they replaced both ( Duramax diesel ) I got home opened the hood and find they only replaced one battery ! Marked the negative terminal tops with an X scribe. Also the first oil change i was low on Def fluid never topped it off when purched it from you it's supposed to be filled or at least 7 gallons added on the first oil change Gm pays Fact I asked to get my Def fluid taken care of and they added just half a jug less than 1 gallon. Lot's of Bad experiences never have these issues where the wife bought her canyon Denali !!!! More

John was good, the communication could improve tho. The truck I wanted to test drive wasn't available because it still needed serviced. So I asked what one I could test drive, drove one, bought it and The truck I wanted to test drive wasn't available because it still needed serviced. So I asked what one I could test drive, drove one, bought it and then needed to wait a week to get it while it underwent a 120 point service inspection. When I finally got my truck it somehow recieved a chip in the windshield while it was being serviced. And my brakes started sscraping and squealing as soon as I left the lot. The next day I told them about it and they told me to drive it over the weekend and let them know if it persisted. It did, drove it all the way back to the dealership to have it serviced. They told me there's nothing wrong with my brakes. Despite is scraping and squealing and my app telling me they had 45% brake life left. They told me they'd order something to put on them to reduce the squeal and let me know when it arrived. They then told me they'd give me a loaner while they fixed my windshield cause I couldn't make it to the shop on a Tuesday. That never happened and they never fixed my brakes More
