We bought a Honda Accord in 2014 (new)from AutoPark Honda and have purchased 2 vehicles from other dealers since. There is no other dealer in the area like Auto Park Honda. Service is impeccable and Russ Man and have purchased 2 vehicles from other dealers since. There is no other dealer in the area like Auto Park Honda. Service is impeccable and Russ Mann was terrific. We had difficulty with some of the new features and Russ knows the product so well that he quickly got us on the right track. I purchased my 2025 Honda Accord Sport Hybrid at Autopark last Wednesday, and for the third time in a year, Russ Mann guided me through the process with the same care and attentiveness that keep bringing me last Wednesday, and for the third time in a year, Russ Mann guided me through the process with the same care and attentiveness that keep bringing me (us) back. Russ doesn’t feel like a salesman. He actively listens, engages, and approaches the search for a new auto like a partner who genuinely wants to align the right car with your needs. On the financial side, Johanna Que stood out with equal measure. Her title is Business Manager, but she works more like a trusted advisor and strategist, blending financial precision with care and welcomeness in every conversation. Russ & Johanna, they just create a rare balance of professionalism and personal connection. Because of Russ and Johanna, Autopark feels less like a dealership and more like a place I can count on.
