Came into the dealership today looking to purchase a new vehicle and were promptly greeted by Bob. He asked us what we were looking for, and from that second on he was determined to make me and my wife hap vehicle and were promptly greeted by Bob. It was like we had known him for forever! Our overall experience was fantastic. I contacted this dealership after being a repetitive and loyal customer elsewhere. But, I wanted a Jeep this time and the other dealership didn’t carry Jeep. My first contact was with Russell over the phone loyal customer elsewhere. But, I wanted a Jeep this time and the other dealership didn’t carry Jeep. My first contact was with Russell over the phone and he was great. There was zero pressure to do anything. I actually asked when I could come in to learn more as I was very pleased so far. A few days later my wife and I went to the dealership and met with Russell. He introduced me to Jennifer Toce who also began to assist us. We felt very comfortable. We left this evening after leaving a deposit on a new Jeep. However, a day later we felt that we wanted a different model that they didn’t have at the dealership. We contacted Russell and explained. He was very understanding and said it may take some time to find this model .Maybe as long as a few weeks. We agreed to wait. To our surprise, Russell called the very next morning and said he not only found the model we wanted, he had already had it moved to his dealership lot for us. Now we are very happy and proud new Jeep owners. We cannot thank the team of Russell and Jennifer at Pellegrino enough for the time they spent ensuring that we got the vehicle we were looking for. It was a pleasure doing business with them and we expect to be back over and over moving forward. We will do our best to refer as many new customers as possible also. They are a class act at Pellegrino Jeep!!! More
