I have never taken the time to write a negative review before, so I hope you take what I say seriously. This place currently has a 2 star rating. Purchased a2018 Subaru WRX. On December 29th the engine s before, so I hope you take what I say seriously. This place currently has a 2 star rating. Purchased a2018 Subaru WRX. On December 29th the engine started losing power and was left stranded around 0430 and was left stranded on the side of the road. I was on my way home from work. I bought a powertrain warranty from them at time of purchase. The vehicle is still not repaired and the warranty company is refusing to pay, stating a preexisting condition and that it falls back on the selling dealer. WE CANNOT GET ANY REPLIES from this place. Talked with person that sold us the warranty and the service manager. Both have been very nice and cordial, but NO answers yet. They said it is up to the owners of the company on weather to make repairs. The warranty company also said there are aftermarket parts on it. IT WAS BOUGHT THAT WAY! So now We have to get the Attorney general involved and obtain legal counsel. They sold us a warranty on a vehicle with aftermarket parts that technically was invalid immediately. I believe they have other dealerships as well, So please take this to heart, Buyer beware! More
