Needless to say I have a happy son with the Q60 purchase! Not to mention, the entire staff was amazing!! Sebastian walked us through the entire process with ease and knowledge of the necessary papers. One would think that would be all the experience you receive...NOT!! I even had connection with the support personnel (mechanics) and they were just AWESOME and very respectful. I left with full confidence that we chose the right vehicle for my son. Russell came through just as he said he would. When we arrived to see the vehicle, he had it out front waiting. Russell was as friendly as his voice over the phone (even when I was upset). There was a lack or communication from sales agent when things went wrong, we had financing, they had our down payment, and didn't deliver, it seemed as if we were supposed to just accept whatever! I expected to at least see the vehicle, press a button, sit in it to make sure it was a good fit before purchasing, but all that seemed important was that you signed the documents. I even drove to the lot to see the vehicle and miraculously, it was not there. I trusted my sales agent when he said my vehicle would. I started out excited but ended up a very unhappy customer.
