Worst experience ever! Feel like this is borderline criminal behavior from service department. I've told so many people about my experience and no one believes I was treat Feel like this is borderline criminal behavior from service department. I've told so many people about my experience and no one believes I was treated fairly. Maybe the charged battery that could crank the vehicle was really not able to process my recall, but no one I have spoken to thinks that sounds right. The dealership then threatened to charge me diagnostic fees and 500 for a battery even though I went in for the exploding battery recall. Wasted days of my time and hundreds of dollars before going to another dealership for help. I never intend to use this dealership again. More

The person who rotated my tires forgot to adjust and check the pressures afterwards. Therefore, when I got home, I saw my front tires read' low pressure'. I recently had my vehicle serviced there and according to the “checklist” all my fluid levels were good and my tires were fine. Prior to dropping my truck off for service I already knew I had a nail in my dr the “checklist” all my fluid levels were good and my tires were fine. Purchased a 2020 Wrangler with 19,000 miles on it when purchased dealership said they would correct the paint issues with the corrosion that the factory was aware of was a defect. when I went to question purchased dealership said they would correct the paint issues with the corrosion that the factory was aware of was a defect. when I went to question it they said no problem bring it in will send to the body shop and see what was necessary to be done. I asked if there was any time sequence involved in this paint repair that was promised when we purchased a vehicle they should know whenever you get a chance. On two different occasions I ask about the paint situation and could someone just make a determination so I can make arrangements to get it to the shop. This is a work vehicle that we use every day so it’s inconvenient to be out of the opportunity to have it available now the dealership says it passed the time of the repair of the paint just my two cents will not buy another jeep from them and we’re looking for another one now for myself, this one was my wife’s company car More
