Russell is the ONLY reason I patronize your dealership as there are several KIA dealerships that are closer to me than you are. However, his terrific customer service and great service first attitude combine there are several KIA dealerships that are closer to me than you are. However, his terrific customer service and great service first attitude combined with his excellent knowledge of my vehicle is why I continue to frequent your dealership, even though it is not the most convenient. In fact when I had to purchase a new car for my wife this pst weekend, I came to Russell first. Unfortunately you did not have the car we were looking for so I was forced to go elsewhere. However, I intend to continue have my Stinger and my wife’s new K-5 serviced at your dealership. When I am ready to trade in my 2020 Stinger with 18,000 mi, I will come back to your dealership first.
